Who we are

Banker ("we", "us") runs a free-to-play fantasy racing game. We are responsible for the personal data described here. Contact us at bankerfantasy@gmail.com.

What we collect

Your email address, when you join the waiting list.
Advertising cookies, only if you click "Accept" on our cookie banner. These let Meta (Facebook and Instagram) tell us whether our ads led to sign-ups.

We don't collect payment details. Banker does not take bets or deposits.

Why we use it

To email you when Banker launches and when squads open for the Festival. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by joining the list.
To measure which of our ads work. Our legal basis is your consent, given through the cookie banner.

We will never sell your email address or use it for anything unrelated to Banker.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the waiting list:

Netlify, which hosts this website and receives the sign-up form.
An email sending service, which we will name here before we send our first email.
Meta, only if you accept advertising cookies.

Some of these providers may store data outside the UK. Where they do, they use legal safeguards approved for transfers of UK personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or for 12 months after the Festival 2027 launch if you don't create an account, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of our emails or by contacting bankerfantasy@gmail.com. You can withdraw cookie consent by clearing your browser's cookies for this site, and the banner will ask you again.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Age

Banker is for people aged 18 and over. Please don't join the waiting list if you're under 18.
